Summit Advisory Advises on Sale of Brook Green UK DMC to Atlas Travel Solutions

Summit Advisory was delighted to facilitate the successful sale of Brook Green for its founder, Hanneke Dannhorn to Atlas Travel Solutions (ATS) on 17 January 2020.

Founded in 1987 by Hanneke Dannhorn, Brook Green UK DMC is a leading DMC specializing in Incentives and Meetings focusing on creating high level events for worldwide corporate clients in England and Scotland.

Atlas Travel Solutions is a group of travel companies specialising in the world of business and leisure groups, with offices in the UK, Ireland, USA and Monte Carlo.

Following the successful sale, Hanneke stated:

I am very happy that due to Summit Advisory’s invaluable help we found the dynamic family business Atlas Travel Solutions who will expand and develop the Brook Green UK DMC brand thereby securing a strong future for the wonderful Brook Green UK DMC team.
